These MCT Standard Insert Block 40mm Lycron blocks are made for fast and safe installation!

Each 40mm wide block consists of two Lycron halves which together creates a square-shaped 60mm long sealing insert.

What is Lycron?:

• Lycron is used for sealing around cables and pipes in MCT Brattberg multi cable & pipe transit system to prevent spread of fire, passage of gas, water, and hazardous chemicals.
• Lycron is halogen free and flame retardant.

Sizing:

• It is imperative that the insert block is the right size, with respect to the cable, to ensure a proper seal. Measure the cable diameters carefully and select insert blocks according to the options.
• Blocks are referred to by their width  and hole diameter. A block with a width of 15 mm (0.59”) and a hole diameter of 4 mm (00.16”) is referred to as 15/4.

• Insert Blocks 15 module, are not approved with MCT RGP system in Ex applications.
