1. **Payment Terms**:

Payment for products is due at time of purchase. All transactions occur a 3-4% credit card processing fee.

2. **Delivery**:

Delivery dates specified online are estimates only and
subject to availability of products and manufacturing schedules. The
Company will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates
but shall not be liable for any delays.

3. **Risk**:

Risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the
customer upon delivery.

4. **Limitation of Liability**:

The Company’s liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the products or their use shall not exceed the purchase price of the products.

5. **Returns and Exchanges**:

At BuyFirestop.com, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please note the following policy regarding returns and exchanges:

• Returns: We do not accept returns on any products.

• Exchanges: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you
may exchange the product for an item of equal or lesser value
within 10 days of the UPS delivery date, unless otherwise agreed upon by the company in writing. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Any intellectual property rights in designs,
drawings, or specifications provided by the Company shall remain the property of the Company.
